In 2018 experts of the Italian publication Quattroruote have tested the Michelin CrossClimate+ at size 205/55 R16 and compared it with six similar All Season tyres. In addition, experts included into the test reference winter and summer tyres for comparison of results.

With this continued momentum and steady flow of additional content, it seemed like a good idea to spruce up and rev up this list with more of the fastest Forza Horizon 4 cars that will absolutely blow players' hair back.

15 Jaguar D Type

Don't be fooled by the retro appearance of this Jaguar classic from 1956; this car can really move under the right circumstances. Players will want to hang on tight when buzzing across Britain in this thing. The seatbelt-less vehicle can easily reach a solid170 mph,largely thanks to its3.4 Naturally-Aspirated I6engine and its aerodynamic design.

This antique will cost a pretty penny, as players will have to shell out a sky-high10,000,000 CR at the Autoshow. Still, those wealthier players will likely find this a worthy investment. It's a neat collector's item that also performs pretty impressively.

With a potent493 brake horsepower (bhp) and a 4.0L Naturally-Aspirated F6, this supercar impresses in both performance and speed. When upgrading to an S2 998 performance index, this beast offers near-perfect statistics across the board, particularly in its lightning-quicklaunch of 9.9 and awesomeacceleration.

This lightweight car can fly from0 to 60 mph in just three seconds, and hits a top speed ofover 200 mph.It can be secured by reachingTier 20 in Horizon Life: The Eliminator, and it's definitely worth engaging in this fight to win one.

13 McLaren P1

This prototypical UK car is a perfect fit for this game, and not merely because of its country of origin. Its solid handling allows it to take on those abundant winding roads and slippery Winter Season a bit more smoothly.

This gorgeous car has a Twin-Turbocharged Hybrid V8 engine, allowing it to launch with great speed and coast smoothly to up to a top speed of at least 250 mph. This one is definitely worth shelling out the 1,350,000 credits for, as it's one of the (relatively) cheaper cars mentioned.

12 Hoonigan Ford "Hoonicorn" Mustang

Sure, it may have an odd name, and perhaps isn't quite the looker some of the sleeker cars on this list are. Yet, this US-brand custom drift car, the Hoonigan Ford Mustang, manages to do a lot with a little.

Originally an add-on car inForza Horizon 3andMotorsport 7, this underrated vehicle is actually pretty solid and speedy, considering its manageable price of just 500,000 credits. It's really one of the best "bang for your buck" cars in the game — at least for those who are all about speed first-and-foremost. This thing can quickly top out at 255 mph.It's also one of the fastest accelerating cars to boot, going from 0 to 100 in just 3.15 seconds.

11 Ferrari LaFerrari

Who doesn't love a slick Ferrari? This Italian luxury car wasn't just the automobile of choice for Ferris Bueller and his friends, it's also one of the best cars that can be had inForza Horizon 4. If players can get past the relatively meager acceleration, just about every other aspect of this 2013 Ferrari is superb.

With picture-perfect braking, players won't have to worry about losing control when flying down the hilly plains of Britain or sliding across the snow. Even with its exaggerated top speed of 257 mph, it handles well. This classic can be scored at the Autoshow for1,500,000 CR.

10 Rimac C_Two

This Rimac C_Two was unlockable by completing 50% of the season during the Series 15 update, which allowed players to earn this car upon knocking out The Trial event. It was also obtainable during the Series 10 Spring Season.

The handling can be a bit touchy when flooring this thing (which is quite easy to do); however, its fantastic acceleration and launch tend to make up for some of this. The Rimac is capable of topping out at just over 258 mph, making it a solid successor to the debut Rimac Concept_One. This is an exclusive vehicle and can't be had at the Autoshow, but can be scored in theForzathon Shop or as a Festival Playlist reward.

9 Koenigsegg Agera

This Swedish-made 2011 hypercar burst onto the scene as part of theShip Bonus Car PackinForza Motorsport 4and has made appearances in each subsequentForzatitle since. What's even better is the questionable handling of this thing has been tightened up quite a bit since its 2011 debut, going from a meager 6.3 to a more admirable 8.5 with the S2 920 performance index.

Players still have to deal with some moderate acceleration—but find a lengthy highway or straightaway, and they can get this thing flying at a whopping 262 mph.

8 Bugatti Veyron Super Sport

Players will be saying "adieux" to opponents quite a bit during races when driving this French-made hypercar by Bugatti. This monster comes with an 8.0L Quad-Turbocharged W16 engine complete with large turbochargers and intercoolers, as well as an active rear wing to help maintain high-speed stability. Its acceleration is wild, shooting from 0 to 60 in just 2.4 seconds.This makes it an optimal choice for drag races.

Players may want to avoid driving this on tracks rife with sharp turns and winding roads. However, one can certainly dominate with highway driving and longer, straighter paths, as it hits a crazy top speed of 267 mph. Get this gem at the Autoshow for2,200,000 CR.

7 Bugatti Chiron

Taking its spot as another Legendary-grade Bugatti hypercar, thisForza Motorsport 4debut car has been made even more solid with theHorizongames, as its handling and braking have been refined. Its speed has dipped by a hair, but it still can reach super impressivehighs of 267 mph. It has excellent straight-line performance as well as acceleration.

Like its Super Sport counterpart, this car is thus a similarly great choice for those more straightforward scrambles and Drag Races. Assuming steering isn't a huge factor, this French-made car is top-notch. This fan-favorite can be obtained at the Autoshow for2,400,000 CR.

6 Hennessey Venom GT

Lookout Ford—this Hennessey hypercar absolutely smokes its American competition with its insane top speed of 270 mph and its admirable launch to boot. Just like the two Bugatti models, however, it's a good idea to mainly stick to straightaways with this one, as its handling and braking are not quite up to snuff.

Still, for those looking for a relatively cheap and speedy car, this sleek Venom GT is the way to go. It can be bought at the Autoshow for just 1,200,000 CR which is a decent deal considering this is one of the fastest cars in the game.

5 Koenigsegg One:1

This superpowered car is relatively new on theForzascene, making its first Horizonappearance in the 3rd game in the franchise. As is the case with that title, this is one of the fastest cars in the franchise—though its shaky handling inFH3has essentially been swapped out for shoddier acceleration this time around.

Still, it's tough to say no to a car that can brake and handle as solidly as this thing can, while stillrevving up to a top speed of 268 mph. Just be sure not to bash into too many cars or obstructions while taking off. As one might expect, the car isn't cheap, requiring2,850,000 CR at the Autoshow.

4 Koenigsegg Agera RS

Those not too fond of DLC won't be thrilled to discover that Forza's fastest car must be purchased as part of an add-on pack (or as an inclusion with the DeluxeorUltimate Edition), called theCar Pass. Still, those who deem it a worthy investment will definitely have some fun in this monster of a vehicle.

The best part is, one doesn't have to fret about losing control when flying across roads at280 mphas it also comes with some terrific handling and braking. It's definitely a good idea to bust out this awesome ride during Speed Trap PR Stunts, thrilling street races, and when flying off ramps.

3 Shelby Monaco King Cobra

Touted by the official description as having a "screaming 289 V8 and pushing out 400 hp," this 1963 classic can certainly compete with the flashier supercars of the modern era.

Bolstered by some top-notchlaunch and acceleration, this little car can hit the ground running. It has reportedly hit up to285 mphwith various upgrades and tuning. This fun collectible can be nabbed at the Autoshow for550,000 CR.

2 Mosler MT900S

It's hard to beat a high-performance, solid-handling supercar that can also pushalmost 300 mphwith the proper tuning. Equipped with a7.0L supercharged V8 and 530 bhp, this speed-demon has it where it counts.

The car also has perfect braking, enabling players to relatively smoothly come to a halt without utterly wiping out. Unsurprisingly, this is a "Hard-to-Find" vehicle that can't be had at the Autoshow. Rather, players can find it as aForzathon Shop listed item or Festival Playlistreward.

1 Ferrari 599XX EVO

This 2012 Italian supercar can absolutely burn rubber with its740 bhp and a 6.0L naturally-aspirated V12engine. It can reach a warp speed of240 mph and is one of the fastest SR cars infFH4 .It can zip down roads at lightning speed, and handles quite well in the process.

Players have reportedly customized and maxed out this beast to hit a warp speed of320 mph. This custom tuning makes it the fastest car in the game overall. The car is so exclusive that it can't be bought in the Autoshow, though it can appear as a listed item inf theForzathon Shop and as a Festival Playlist reward.

Versatility has always been a key factor in the success of custom Moto Guzzis. Custom motorcycles are nothing new in nearly a century of Moto Guzzi history. Three essential features, deriving from a unique motorcycle culture, are common to all generations of custom Moto Guzzis:

– This is the highly personal design, in which the special and unique engine configuration plays a decisive stylistic role, always the focus of attention, as well as the sinuous tank and low exhaust pipes;

– the legendary 90° transversal V-twin engine, introduced in 1967;

In addition, a great deal of attention was paid to perceived quality: Exceptional care has gone into the finish and components on the V9 Roamer and V9 Bobber. They represent a new way of conceiving the medium-sized motorcycle. Touching the surfaces, we can feel the wide use of high quality materials such as steel and aluminium, while plastic parts are reduced to a minimum. The metal teardrop fuel tank on both V9s, with its 15-litre capacity, is finished with a fine coating with the Moto Guzzi logo on top, protected by clear varnish. The front and rear mudguards are also made of metal. However, the side fairings, locking fuel tank cap and brake and clutch levers are made of lightweight aluminium. the ergonomic electrical blocks also have aluminium finish housings, just as the rider footpegs are made of aluminium. The steel exhaust manifolds are protected by a second tube, which, by creating an air cavity, helps to lower the heat emitted and preserve the outer surfaces.

The welds of the new frame and the quality of its paintwork are immaculately finished, as are the meticulous details of the 90° transverse V-twin engine, not only in terms of the casting but also the matt black that brings out the Moto Guzzi branding milled on the aluminium cylinder head covers. The 850 twin-cylinder Moto Guzzi engine

The 2018 V9 Roamer and V9 Bobber versions are fitted with a Moto Guzzi 850 cc engine, built as always in the Mandello del Lario plant. This is of course a 90° transverse V-twin air and oil cooled engine, a set-up used in all current Moto Guzzi engines, albeit with different engine capacities and performance, able to ensure excellent riding dynamics and a unique sound. It was developed with the explicit aim of maximising torque and elasticity, key aspects for ensuring riding pleasure and on road fun. Starting from the bottom of the engine, the aluminium crankcase stiffened at the key points, has an efficient oil pan and an inertia calibrated crankshaft for liveliness and the correct engine braking. Inside the lubrication system is designed to dispose of the greater heat capacity and reduce power absorption to the benefit of both performance and fuel consumption. The ventilation system reduces power loss due to pumping within the crank chambers and a low flow oil pump that absorbs less power. The oil pump intake duct is unprecedented, as well as the related bypass valve; New piston cooling oil jets are also used, fitted with a control valve and flow management. The alternator cover is also unique and now includes the blow-by gas output.

In the upper part of the engine, aluminium heads, pistons and cylinders are designed to make the most of the engine's characteristics. Its cubic capacity is obtained due to bore and stroke values of 84×77 mm. Timing is controlled by a rods and rockers system and uses 2 valves per cylinder arranged at an angle in the head. Of note is the presence in the entrance heads of the auxiliary air system, which, combined with the three-way catalytic converter, the double lambda probe and the total design of the engine, bring the twin 850 Moto Guzzi into compliance with Euro 4 standards. The unit is capable of 62 Nm of torque at just 3,000 rpm, with a maximum power of 55 HP at 6,250 rpm, figures ​​that show Moto Guzzi's commitment to achieving high levels of torque even at low rpms. This engine boasts surprising character and responsiveness, which contribute to a really exciting riding experience. A version with limited power is available, in line with the limitations of the A2 license and ideal for new Guzzi riders, who can also enjoy a record low total weight and the general ease of riding of both V9 versions.

Another innovative aspect of the 850 Moto Guzzi engine is the 170 mm diameter single dry plate clutch, providing a perfect transmission of torque and power with no jerkiness or hesitation. This increases robustness and reliability over time and decreases the load on the handlebar lever, for better controllability and riding comfort. The six-speed gearbox, precise and with a soft clutch, benefits from unprecedented ratios that make the most of the torque and engine power. The final transmission is carried out by a double-jointed drive shaft offset by the increased size and the bevel gear, which provides solid and reliable management of the powerful torque supplied by the twin engine. The cast aluminium swingarm has been designed and sized to support engine performance, as well as to accommodate the 150 mm tyre.

Chassis architecture: the quality of the Moto Guzzi tradition

Carlo Guzzi was probably the first to understand the importance of a frame able to exploit the full potential of the engine and a suspension unit that responds perfectly to the imperfections in the road surface. Indeed, the Norge GT of 1928 was the first motorcycle with a "spring frame", equipped with front and rear suspension, bringing enormous advantages in terms of safety and riding pleasure. The Moto Guzzi tradition is full of models recognised for their excellent ride qualities: in terms of custom motorcycles, we should really mention the California, which in 1970, under the name V7 Police, was bought by the LAPD (Los Angeles Police Department) after a series of tough tests.

On the back of this tradition, Moto Guzzi now builds motorcycles like the V7 III and the fleet of the big 1400s, which are real benchmarks in terms of handling in their respective segments. The V9 is another jewel from Moto Guzzi for riding pleasure and effectiveness. The steel twin tube cradle frame, creates optimum weight distribution on the front and rear of the engine, thereby providing the rideability and dynamic balance typical of all motorcycles built at Mandello del Lario. The designers paid special attention to the front, which has gussets in the steering head and new slope and trail abilities, making for a superb ride with the perfect combination of handling and stability, as well as precision and feeling. In addition, the entire structure benefited from painstaking care and finishing of the details, including the welding and paintwork. The suspension systems use traditional long-travel (130 mm) inverted forks and a new pair of spring preload adjustable shock absorbers connected to the frame, which provide a gradual and controlled response at all times. The braking system is customised for the V9: the front end adopts a master cylinder and a Brembo opposed 4-piston calliper that grips a 320 mm steel disc; the rear mounts a 260 mm disc and a two-piston floating calliper operated by a master cylinder with built-in reservoir.

Equipment: all for safety and riding pleasure

Like all recent Moto Guzzis, the V9 also has a full set of advanced electronic systems, placed very discreetly inside the vehicle, making riding safer and easier. The motorcycles come with a standard advanced two-channel ABS, non-invasive in normal riding, but that prevent the wheels from locking when really needed and the well-known MGCT (Moto Guzzi Traction Control), Moto Guzzi's advanced traction control integrated with the electronic engine management system and adjustable in two different levels of operation and that can be deactivated, ensuring better grip of the rear tyre on any road surface, reducing engine torque if necessary through a reduction of the advance of the engine. Other standard features include an immobilizer and USB port located under the steering head, useful for charging external devices.

The electronic instrumentation, made up of a single circular display, is also consistent with the style of the two the V9s. The speedometer has an analogue dial, while all other information is contained in the digital box: odometer, partial trip and daily trip (with automatic reset after eight hours after shutdown), the trip time, instantaneous and average fuel consumption, clock, outside temperature, average speed, MGCT level, in addition to the gear position and shift indicator, whose idle and maximum value can be adjusted by the user. This way, you can keep a determined engine rpm range under control, for example to run in the bike as effectively as possible or to reduce fuel consumption to a minimum. The extensive catalogue of accessories includes the MG-MP, the Moto Guzzi multimedia platform that connects a smartphone to the vehicle to provide an exceptional quantity of information useful for the journey.

Moto Guzzi Media Platform connects the V9 to the world

An optional multimedia platform is available for Moto Guzzi V9 Roamer and V9 Bobber riders. MG-MP is the innovative multimedia system which allows you to connect the bike to your smartphone and consequently to the web. With this application, downloadable free from App Store and Google Play, your smartphone (iPhone or Android) becomes an actual sophisticated on board multifunctional computer and the link between the vehicle and the Internet.

The wireless connection allows you to simultaneously view a set of vehicle information on a smartphone screen, so you can constantly have an eye on the travel parameters. The smartphone's touch screen allows you to view five parameters of your choice at a time, selected from a vast menu and including the speedometer, rev counter, instant power, instant torque, instant and average fuel consumption, average speed and battery voltage, longitudinal acceleration and extended trip computer. The "Eco Ride" feature helps to limit fuel consumption and to maintain eco-compatible riding conduct, providing a brief assessment of the results obtained during the trip.

You can record trip data and review it on your computer or directly on your smartphone, analysing the distance covered along with the vehicle's operating parameters. The system also allows you to easily locate your vehicle when you park in a strange place, automatically saving the position where it was switched off. MG-MP includes the "Grip Warning" function which replicates the indications on traction control operation for maximum visibility and provides information in real time on your riding performance with relation to the road surface conditions. A dedicated indicator light warns in the event of excessive use of available grip. Thanks to the synergistic use of gyroscopes and the information coming from the vehicle, the smartphone becomes a sophisticated instrument to measure the lean angle in turns thanks to algorithms developed specifically for this Moto Guzzi. The limit thresholds can be set both for lean angle as well as vehicle and engine speed. When these limits are exceeded the relative indicator lights will come on or the virtual dashboard will flash.
